Step 3: Shona will confirm — Shona will personally review your request against current scheduling and get back to you shortly to finalize your ride!

Your return journey includes 30 minutes of waiting time.
Travel time is covered in your estimate.
Bookings are made directly with Coastal Care Transport so your trip is planned with care.
If your appointment runs over and you need extra waiting time beyond the included 30 minutes, an additional fee of $10 per 15 minutes applies, which can easily be paid at the end of your journey so you never have to feel rushed.
